These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the SheMeetsShe platform and services (the “Service”), operated by WinJobs Ltd., an Israeli limited company, Company No. 515366607 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you (“User”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended solely for individuals who:
- Are 21 years of age or older, and
- Identify as women and are interested in forming connections with other women.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.
2. Nature of the Service
SheMeetsShe is a curated matchmaking service based on a combination of:
- Proprietary algorithmic analysis, and
- Human review and assessment.
Important Clarifications
The Service:
- Is not psychological, psychiatric, medical, or therapeutic treatment;
- Is not professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice;
- Does not aim to diagnose, treat, heal, or “fix” any individual;
- Does not guarantee romantic, emotional, or relationship outcomes.
The purpose of the Service is solely to identify personality traits and potential complementary characteristics to facilitate introductions.
3. Registration and Profile Analysis Fee
A one-time fee of USD $59 is charged for profile creation and analysis.
Refund Policy – One-Time Fee
- The fee is refundable only if no profile analysis has been performed.
- Once analysis has begun, no refund will be issued, regardless of user satisfaction or outcome.
This fee reflects professional time, resources, and analysis, not access to a database or guaranteed results.
4. Monthly Membership (When Applicable)
If relevant matches are identified, the User may be invited to activate a monthly membership.
- Membership may be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No retroactive refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.
- The Company does not guarantee any number of matches or introductions.
5. Matches and Introductions
- The Company does not guarantee the availability, frequency, or timing of matches.
- Matches will only be suggested if they meet internal suitability thresholds.
- The Company will not offer matches that do not meet its internal standards (including a minimum compatibility threshold).
Lack of matches does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
6. User Content, Data Retention, and Deletion
The Service may collect and store:
- Questionnaires and responses;
- Uploaded images;
- Registration details.
Upon cancellation, the User may choose to:
- Request immediate deletion of all personal data; or
- Allow data retention for potential future reactivation.
If data is deleted and the User later returns, a new profile analysis fee will be required.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
User data may be shared only with trusted technical service providers strictly for operating the Service, including:
- Hosting and storage providers;
- Email communication systems;
- Payment processors (e.g., PayPal);
- Internal CRM systems.
User data is not sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing purposes.
8. User Conduct and Responsibility
All interactions between Users are entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
The Company:
- Is not responsible for user behavior, communications, meetings, or outcomes;
- Does not supervise or monitor off-platform interactions;
- Bears no liability for emotional distress, disappointment, harm, loss, or damages of any kind.
9. Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Suspend or terminate access to the Service;
- Remove profiles;
- Refuse to continue providing services;
For any reason, without explanation and without obligation to continue the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the Services.
This limitation applies to all claims, including but not limited to:
- Emotional distress;
- Dissatisfaction with matches;
- Loss of opportunity;
- Indirect or consequential damages.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
- Compatibility;
- Relationship success;
- Emotional fulfillment;
- Accuracy of assessments.
12. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Breach of these Terms;
- False or misleading information provided by the User;
- Harm caused to another User;
- Illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel.
14. Modifications
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
